My education includes a B.S. in Business-Finance and and A.A. in Accounting-Taxation. I hold Quickbooks certifications as an Online ProAdvisor, Payroll ProAdvisor, and I am also a Notary in Nevada. I also have experience with all aspects of company formation in CA and NV.
