My wireless access point was not working for a few months and completely dead. Rom Technology responded to me very quickly, literally within minutes and was at my location within the hour. They replaced my old WiFi access point with a better version than what came with my new home and had me up and running within two hours. Very professional and Angel’s son Adrienne translates for him during jobs which is ok the work they do is top tier and was told to call back if I have any issues free of charge. That’s what is huge for me. Service after the sale. Thanks again fellas!

Angel and his son are fantastic. They installed the 9 cameras I provided and even found a way to install a camera in a hard to reach area. Arrived when they said they would and did the job as described. They even mounted the NVR to the wall without me asking. I would highly recommend these guys and I would certainly use their services again. Good job! 👍🏻

I had setup numerous WiFi networks for my office and restaurant but this time at a property I wasn’t able to get the router to connect. Without going into details I knew I needed help. Contact romtech and they quickly setup time to meet. They were able to help me figure out why it wouldn’t connect and made sure my mesh node was working properly before they left. Highly recommend.

Excellent job on my camera installation for two exterior cameras. Roman arrived on time and completed the installation on both cameras very quickly and efficiently. Extremely reliable and careful in their network problem identification and resolution. House network on Savant application and lost connectivity, while all other devices connected, with wifi change. Savant is very proprietary and very few technicians know or understand this app., and Romtech persevered and resolved this problem. Very pleased with technical expertise, careful deliberation, respect for property, and their reliability. Recommend without reservation.
