- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer should know that our pricing is based on how dirty the home is to how big the house is. That is after we come to your house and take a tour with the customer and see what he would like clean.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I greet new customers with a positive attitude and a big smile. The customer gives me a tour of their home and what they like clean. After everything is done, I give them a price. If they like the price, then I give them my availability and give them a time the job will be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the cleaning industry for about 10 years. And out of those 10 years, 6 of them have me being supervisor.
