We recently hired G&J through Thumbtack to install our home new flooring project and we’re thrilled with the results! They installed new floors in our three bedrooms, total roughly 500 square feet. What truly impressed us was their careful attention to our request - to preserve our previous floorboards, which they handled with great care and expertise. They had to correct the previous installer error and did not charged us extra $ From the outset, G&J stood out with their willingness to work within our budget. They were incredibly responsive, making us feel supported and informed throughout the entire process. There were no hidden costs. We wanted laminated wood floor installed and Giovanni gave us the estimate costs with multiple options:, either with materials and labor or labor alone. We knew from the start of the exact additional costs for uninstalling, removal and disposal of preexisting old floor. We opted to buy our own materials. Their transparent pricing, combined with open and friendly communication, made the experience smooth and stress-free from start to finish. The craftsmanship was top-notch, with great attention to detail, and the final result looks amazing. We can’t stop admiring our beautiful new floors! When we started out our little DIY project we thought we were going to have time to get our floors finished and moved in within a week. After doing the demo we realized we weren’t going to have the time to complete the job in the time we needed. Goannie and his brother were out knocking doors and knocked on ours. They saved our timeline! He and his crew did a great job. They communicated clearly and were always on time. Our floors look amazing couldn’t be happier!
