FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
IT services are hard to give estimates for because a problem on one computer may take 30 minutes to fix. The same problem on a different computer may take an hour or more to fix. Hardware effects how long things take. When I do my estimates I go worst case. I would rather come back and tell you that the repair cost less then what I told you, then more. So I maybe higher then others that you get but unless these some big unforeseen problem it won't be more then the estimate and in most cases it will be less.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to new customers on the phone and get a feel for the problem. I'll ask a bunch of easy questions so I can give you a better idea on the problem before I even get out and look at it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been building my own computer for over 20 years. I have a Associate of Applied Science Degree in Computer Network Systems and Bachelor of Science Degree in Information System Security.
