I am an out-of-town realtor selling a property held in a trust located in Las Vegas. I needed to find a good photographer with fair prices. I was very fortunate to be referred to Mark Peters Real estate photography. I found Marc to be very responsive, and very attentive to what I needed for the condo. marks site was easy to maneuver, asked me everything one could possibly need to know about the condo and what I wanted service wise, the date and time. He did the photos on time, and they were absolutely beautiful! I had four rooms staged, and they just turned out fantastic! As this property goes live in the next day or so, I appreciate his timeliness and getting me these photographs within 24 and 48 hours. 48 hours for the Stage rooms. Should I have another sale in Las Vegas, I know exactly who Im going to be using for the photographs. That would be Mark Peters! I highly recommend him.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing structure is generally based on the square footage of the property. Our pricing is competitive with other real estate photography companies.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the initial meeting, I will answer all questions or concerns regarding what your needs are. Once we have established your service needs and budget, I will send you a property information form to fill out to gather all of the pertinent information I need to schedule the photography shoot.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a professional photographer since 2006 and have photographed everything from weddings (about 2,500), portraiture, fashion, food, e-commerce, families and everything in between. I have been a real estate photographer for 6 years and have photographed a few thousand homes in Las Vegas. Fun fact, I also was a real estate appraiser here in Las Vegas and ran my own company, Desert Appraisal Group, from 1997 to 2007.
