I don’t even know where to begin with these guys. The word, “amazing” does not encapsulate the incredible and professional customer service Joe and Luis provide. First of all, they reply to your 1st inquiry the same day they receive a message from you. That was a huge selling point for me. Then once you hire them they become your best friends for the following weeks until your event. They are so organized, so meticulous, so timely and so creative. They text you 2 times a week with updates, reminders, and suggestions. And during your event, you don’t have to lift a finger. They planned the most amazing college graduation party for our twins and transformed our back yard into a nightclub that our kids and their friends loved. At the end of the evening they clean up everything and your backyard looks like nothing ever happened. 10 stars and 4 thumbs up.

We ultimately ended up cancelling our event due to circumstances out of our control. However, all the planning and work that MoonShakers Production did leading up to the event was exceptional. They were very responsive and communicative. They listened to what we incisions and adjusted as needed

I just wanted to say how amazing Joe is! And Luis is amazing as well! I would 100 percent recommend their services!!! Great wedding planners, mind you they planned our entire wedding less then 4 months and I couldn’t be more happy. The decorations were amazing I have no words for how great they are! Pricing for our events are customized to the clients needs and budget
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contact is made, we will set up a meeting with the client. At that time, we will discuss the event at hand. We will talk decorations, food, ambiance, time, location, budget, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Having been part of the hospitality industry for over 20 years, I’ve been fortunate to have served in leadership capabilities in resorts, restaurants and hotels in the San Francisco and Los Angeles area.
