- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No estimates, we charge strictly by the hour no stair fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask for a list of your items that will be moved to insure that we bring the right equipment. We also ask for address of pick up and drop off locations. Then we go over pricing once again and get contact information. You are officially scheduled, from there we contact you a day before your move to confirm. If it’s a same day move we contact you when we are in route to give you an accurate eta.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started off working for an industrial moving company in 2021 when I quickly realized I had a passion for getting furniture into places that other people just couldn’t quite seem to get them into. I soon fell in love with the moving industry and started my own company.
