- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing services are based on the customer's needs and budget. I encourage my potential clients to have a conversation with me either in person or over the phone. I want to ensure all details are discussed and I can give a quote based on the specific needs, desires and expectations of those who will work with. 50% down payment (non refundable) required to 'save the date.' If speaking engagement is cancelled by client the original 50% down payment can be used towards a future event within 6 months from the time of cancellation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with Customers is a very easy and simplified process. Step 1: Face to Face meeting Step 2: Mutual Agreement of services needed and investment cost based on the specific service asked for. Step 3: Signed contract for services. Step 4: Services delivered to meet and exceed client's expectations. Step 5: Referrals and reviews of my services would be appreciated

I am Certified Professional Career Coach. (CPCC) I am a certified DISC Analyst I am Certified Professional Diversity & Inclusion Facilitator.(CPDI) I am certified Professional Trainer for the MINDBODYSTRONG Curriculum geared for all healthcare workers in helping to reduce stress, anxiety and depression.
