I recently moved my elderly Mother from IN to Fl and could not have been more pleased with US interstate & rail. I was on a budget, I packed my own boxes and they labeled them accordingly. EVERYTHING was there and not one thing was broken, chipped or otherwise. My furniture and things that could not be boxed were wrapped in blankets and handled carefully. After reading some of the negative reviews I noticed a pattern, everyone of them, people added to the list of items. I was sure I was honest and forthcoming, still a little nervous about my experience, but I could not be more pleased. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.
