- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am less concerned about pricing than about the quality of the photos and the relationship with my consumer. I am very informal and enjoy interactions with my customers just as much as I enjoy capturing their fun moments. I also take pride in my work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is to have good communications with a customer. I will ask about the needs of the customer. Then, after taking detailed notes, I will then send a formal proposal to the customer with quotes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started training in photography and videography in 2012. I started professionally shooting both videos and photos from 2017. I have shot over 10 weddings as a second shooter and more than 15 weddings/bigger live events through my own company as a lead shooter.
