- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have flat rates for smaller projects, which can be quoted over the phone. More involved projects will require an on-site visit. We do charge a small service charge, but it will be waived if we are hired for the project.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Validate that the company has an active license with the Nevada State Contractors Board. It’s a free search on their website and protects you as the consumer. A business license is separate than an electrical license. In addition, the electrical license must be renewed every 2 years. Please protect yourself and ensure the company you are hiring is licensed.
