- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't charge to visit and assess the situation. Once we know what the problem is, we will give you a flat-rate quote to fix it on the spot.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out for free and give a flat-rate quote once we've assessed the problem. If the customer approves, our trucks are equipped to fix the problem right on the spot. No waiting.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
