I recently had the pleasure of hosting a ladies brunch party with Chef Danielle, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! From start to finish, Danielle’s attention to detail was impeccable—every ingredient was carefully selected, every dish beautifully plated, and the flavors were absolutely incredible.
Not only was the food outstanding, but the cooking class was so much fun! Danielle made the experience engaging and approachable, guiding us through each step with patience and expertise. We laughed, learned, and enjoyed a hands-on experience that left us feeling both inspired and well-fed. We were pleasantly surprised to see how simple it was to make a complex dish like eggs Benedict, with homemade English muffins, and our own hollandaise sauce. Things I wouldn’t have tried on my own.
