- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a flat rate business to protect the client from over charges on time and material type pricing. We make sure to take care of the client while making a reasonable profit to keep the company running for years. We want to provide a great service to our clients and a great home to our team.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will go through their system and provide options for them. We do not push anyone to do anything they’re not comfortable with. We like to educate and help with any questions our new clients may have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 50 years combined experience of learning on the job, manufacturers training, supplier training, and continuous learning where we can. The best form of education is on the job training which we have a lot of.
