- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to make initial contact with our customer via meetup or phone call. It is important to us to know what the needs are for the event. Communication is key in our business and we like to make sure we are always on the same page as our customer. From initial contact to finish of the event we are diligent in making sure everything is taken care of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Techniques of Alcohol Management (TAM) of Nevada Certification Food Handler Safety Training Card (SNhD) Additionally, we’ve both been trained under MGM International and have worked at The Bellagio, a 5 diamond star resort
