Arrived at the agreed to time. Knew exactly what was wrong with both the washer and dryer and had both units repaired in about an 1.5 hours even though he had to tear down both units to get to the problems. Was impressed with knowledge and professionalism of Alex, our technician

If I would do 0 star I would do that his very very rude very unprofessional he came for 5 minutes he gave me the price for repair the same as new washer and dryer and he wants to charge me too much for the job he didn’t do
