Emil, the owner, responded quickly to my request and set up an appt. He was right on time, assessed the issues with our refrigerator door not closing properly. It required a part which he had to order. He called as soon as it was in and even came out on a Friday night to finish the job. Even though the fix required quite a bit more time and effort than anticipated, Emil kept the quoted price. He even aligned the door (which had never lined up since installation. I highly recommend Preventative Appliance Repair.

Amil is very responsive and fast. I had an issue where my dryer would sometimes not turn on and he was able to fix it the next day. He mentioned that if his work didn’t fully work that a new part would be required, but I haven’t had issues with my dryer since he fixed it. Highly recommend Amil and he saved in my contacts if any future appliance issues arise.

Preventive Appliance Repair did an excellent job! He was on time, very professional and he was a good value. I was also so happy to be able and book him the same day!!! We desperately needed our washing machine fixed and he did a great job!
