FAQs

That it comes with the best quality and and efficient work. Also with a great relationship with the customer and great communication as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Need to first introduce your self. Then explain why you are there and what you need to do. After show the customer how you would go about the process of repairing/troubleshooting your PV system. After that when the customer have a good understanding how everything works and fixed, you can explain what would need to be done or may need to look out for if any other issue happens in the future.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started going to school at Apex technical school in Queens NY for electrical trade around the age of 20 years old and started working for solar at the same time. So it’s been more than 10 years of experience. When I first started working for solar I had to learn from the ground up even if I went to trade school for electrical and understood everything. Once I was very skilled at completing panel installs on roof, then I was able to move up with completing installs with inverters, pipe bending, wiring, and working inside sub panels to connect system with the grid.
