If I could choose more than three qualities I liked about CD Kitchen and Bath Remodel I would have included Value and Punctuality! I found Joel on this website, which was suggested by a friend, and hired him to do a garage storage re-model for me, since he does cabinet work as part of his core business. He did a marvelous job disassembling existing cabinets, moving them, and then rebuilding them better than before! The work required two different trips to prep then complete. Each time he communicated by text the evening before to confirm. He arrived on time for the estimate appointment and the two work appointments. Joe's carpentry and remodel skills are excellent. He was meticulous and efficient, a rare quality these days from my experience. He has years of experience working with a big contractor. His price was very reasonable too! I highly recommend CD Kitchen and Bath! I gave Joel permission to share my contact phone number if you would like a further reference for your next home project.

I highly recommend Joel Rocha for remodel jobs. One of the main reasons I hired Joel for the job was I sensed that I could trust him after our first meeting. When spending a lot of money on a project, trust goes a long way! Joel is straightforward with what he is doing, and he checks in throughout the project to make sure the customer understands what is going on. On top of that, there were many little things that Joel did throughout the project to make sure I was happy with the outcome. He worked to resolve a plumbing issue and an electricity issue, along with doing things like installing a light above the shower because he knew it would make the room turn out better. And he kept me informed each step of the way. I would definitely hire Joel again, and I’ve already recommended him to family and friends.

CD Kitchen & Bath did most of the work on our kitchen remodel. This was a complete demo and expansion. I was so impressed I’ve had them back out two more times on orher projects- new laminate flooring and tube style skylight. Joel is very easy to work with, on time, clean up at end of day. I’ve worked with a lot of Contractors so I can highly recommend C&D. Unfortunately, page kept giving error when I tried to add two photos.
