- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
the customer comes first. i will not depart from a job without the customer 110% satisfied with what they paid for. i tend togo above & beyond for my clients. leaving a positive impression of myself & the company is mandatory. corner's will never be & have never been cut. EVER!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
receive the request, Foward a proper detailed proposal, arrive on site , complete project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10+ yrs of cold hard Hands on training from the generations ahead of me. i had 6yrs of feild training before i went to any books, witch lead to me being NATE certified, attended trades school & tested out 2yrs in. i proceeded to pursue being a fully licensed plumber/gas fitter along with obtaining my osha 10,30, & 80. hvac was my first certification amongst other certs like, customer relations, stressful situations, general management.
