- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our first, intensive, full home inside-out treatments are Thumbtack discounted for new customers. We then ensure you’re continually protected from the same neighborhood pests with recurring treatments every 60 days.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After reaching out to us through Thumbtack, we then offer a free over-the-phone consultation so that we can talk about the pests you're seeing, go over our treatment in greater detail, and schedule a time to have a technician come out. We are typically 24-48 hours out from the time we speak to set up service to having a technician out for your initial treatment. We do offer services Monday-Saturday 8AM – 6PM at your convenience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our service professionals are highly trained and pest control licensed. It’s more than that. It’s about communication. It’s about really listening to the homeowner, and understanding just how the pests are impacting their way of life. It’s about knowing neighborhood pest trends. It’s about knowing why the pests are there in the first place. It’s knowing the most effective treatment methods to get rid of them, and make sure they never come back.
