I would describe Jesse of Specialized Plumbing as honest, efficient, pleasant, and committed to doing good work. I was very impressed with his initial bid for installing a hot water heater in my home. Unlike the "big plumbing company" I had contacted, he gave me detailed information and answered all of my questions. And unlike that company, he did not try to sell me services/products I did not need, and he remained true to his price quote. His workmanship was excellent, and he cleaned up the area in my garage after he was finished. He also "went the extra mile" to help me with another small plumbing repair.

Jesse thank you for being an honest and fair plumber/person. We had two issues in the house plumbing wise. He told us how to fix the one that we did ourselves and saved us money from him having to do it. He fixed the other issue with great expertise. Everything is working perfectly now. We liked everything from the get go. He was here when he said he'd be here, went a more thorough way to fix the problem than what the others who came had presented. Did Specialized Plumbing & Heating do a good job? All I can say, is WOW! My plumbing problem was much worse than I thought but only because I had another plumber at my house who made a complete mess! Jessie Romero fixed all that and more! Jessie responded quickly to my posting here on Thumbtack by calling and scheduling a Bid time within an hour of my posting! Needless to say, his bid was the best one out of the many I entertained. He is honest, dependable, and VERY clean. He performed all of the work in less than a week and stayed a full day each day, stopping just long enough to "swallow" lunch sometimes. He arrived when he said he would and often stayed late but the best part, HE CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF AND HIS CREW! He used his own vacuum and equipment in the areas where he worked EVERYDAY that he was on site before leaving for the day! His price was reasonable and he was very respectful. He gave me a new faucet in the guest bathroom and poured a patch of concrete on my back porch that the other "Plumber" broke up! From now on, Jessie is OUR plumber!

We don't charge by the hour. We charge by the job. Which is why we offer free estimates. It gives a customer a chance to meet us and to compare prices. We're not always the lowest but we are price competitive and strive for excellence in all aspects of every job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a time convenient for the customer. We never charge for estimates. We also will accommodate a convenient time after 5 or on weekends to accommodate a customers work schedule
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Studied at TVI for 3 years, and apprenticeship and on the job training with local 412 plumbers union. 25 years experience in the field.
