I-Deal HVAC recently replaced my boiler for radiant in floor heating. This outstanding company gave me two significant discounts on an expensive project. In addition, they sent a great team of technicians, Paul, Fernando, Anthony and Manny who were diligent, professional and they all went the extra mile in regards to customer service. I use this company for all my heating and cooling systems and have for years as I truly believe they care about their customers. I highly recommend them to family and friends.

Both David and his helper were very professional. They also showed me how to work the thermostat. They went to get some electrical parts and closed my garage door, which I appreciated so it wouldn't be open while they were gone. Overall, impressed with the service and very appreciative that they could install a new heater so soon after being told yesterday that my old one should be replaced as it was a fire hazard. So glad that I now have heat.

Had I-Deal install a new swamp cooler In June 2022, have had technicians out to shut down and set up 3 times now and they have all done a good job. Kenneth Thompson came today and shut system down and he was the best ever, he did a fantastic job and was extremely pleasant, hope he comes back next spring.

Kenneth was awesome. Very communicative told me every step that he was taking to try to clear our clog even ran out to get some additional equipment to finish the job.

David and Johnathan did an amazing job installing our new HVAC units!! Everyone I have dealt with, including Paul and Mo, are VERY professional and knowledgeable. I have delt with a few heating a cooling companies in Albuquerque, I-DEAL HVAC is, hands down, the most professional and honest. Thank you all for an amazing job well done!!
