I attended the Seeds of Leadership webinar led by Will. Will is an amazing leader and speaker, he oozes leadership, warmth and support. The session was very refreshing and allowed me to evaluate and reflect on myself and my experience as a leader, provided me the tools to employ to become a better leader. He kept it interactive, which keeps your focus. His commitment to the course was also exemplified by his willingness to stay longer and make sure that all the participants felt heard and that our questions were answered to our satisfaction.
