I needed a remodeling contractor that was knowledgeable in tile work and he did not disappoint! My bathroom came out exactly how I imagined it and everything fit perfect! The tile came out great! The bathroom was gutted to the studs and basically built from the ground up. The old bathroom was dark and cramped. Included is before and after pictures.

My bathroom was completely remodeled from an old original bathroom in bad condition. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a returning costumer discount, which is given when we return to do more work for a repeat costumer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start off by coming to the property to assess the job that needs to be done. After going over the best options and suggestions on how to get the best result for their budget, we set a start date. I put all the focus on one job at a time so as not to delay a project anymore then it needs to and keep good clientele. I am constantly asking for a clients opinion on certain things such as colors or styles before installation of material, just in case they changed their mind on design in the moment. The job is only finished once they are completely satisfied and happy with the finished work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 10 years of residential remodel / construction under us. As well as certified in Schluter installation for water proofing!
