Each day I wake up with happiness knowing that I can help people. I enjoy getting clients to their fitness destination. This is my first experience with a trainer. It has been great and I can already see the difference. Charles makes sure he understands your personal goals while developing a workout to match your fitness level. He is also hilarious and the time flies - which is good for a person like me that doesn’t love working out!

Charles is a great PT, really approachable and friendly, well organised (both outside of the session and in session) and delivers great results. He let my girlfriend join us for the sessions which was above and beyond. If you’re looking for a trainer, Charles is your guy.

Charles is great...very responsive when I first pinged him and was very easy to navigate our first workout. We've been working out 2-3 times a wek for a while now and I'm very pleased. It took a couple of sessions to get the measure of each other, but Charles is very professional yet familiar and aware of my particular needs/limitations. I'm looking forward to a sustained relationship.

Charles is my first ever personal trainer and has made the experience great so far. I'm certified through the american council of exercise. I'm certified also with trx,bosu,rip training,pre-natal,training for warriors,tabata bootcamp
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with all sorts of clients ranging from college athletes to rehabilitation from surgeries.
