- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in 100 upfront, 100% transparent pricing. For a service call, we charge a flat rate diagnostic charge which covers the cost for us to get our fully stocked truck and experienced technician to you and to have your issue diagnosed. From there, we will go over the issue with you and offer a solution, before we start the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
normally a brief phone call to get the basic contact info and issue the customer has or what area they were looking for help. We get them on schedule and email an appointment confirmation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experienced technicians are the best at what they do. We provide ongoing training and development to stay at the forefront of the industry.
