Responded to my request late at night immediately and came first thing in the morning to assess the issue. He told me that the issue could be patched up but explained that it would make more sense to replace the sale than go through a costly repair on the older unit. He just as easily could have gone forward with repairing it and charged me for it. He did not even charge me a fee for the service visit. Stand up guy who seemed very knowledgeable.

The owner of this business returns calls in a VERY timely manner, clearly explains the repairs needed, provides a reasonable price, does quality work, and completes the job when he says he will. His work ethic is refreshing. One of the best contractors I have ever worked with.
