If you come out and say you're going to give me an estimate then I expect an estimate you never contacted me after coming out to look at it

I’m sorry u feel that way,
But I can not give u an estimate when u try to act like a contractor ur self. On top of that u wanted me to send insurance information to some office with out signing a contract. I think what ur trying to do is get permission from ur apartment complex then never call me.

I had a very large project: all new flooring, doors, baseboards, stairway and bathroom remodel. The work was meticulously done and I couldn’t be happier. Marlon was always on time, always kept in touch, had a great positive attitude and was very easy to work with. My 90’s house looks brand new again.

I would highly recommend Marlon. He is prompt,
Professional, and goes through the necessary details with you. He cares not just about his work, but cares about the consumer as well. Marlon came to my home during a period of significant damages, including holes in my walls, paint scratches, and various other issues. He restored the home better than it was before! He has such a great attitude and knows what he is doing. His energy and passion is contagious. I would highly recommend and look forward to working with him in the future!
