- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We go above and beyond with discounts, coupons, senior citizen discounts, military, etc. We also Fabricate and manufacture all of our custom products while a lot of other companies sub them out, and we stand behind ALL of our products with a warranty. Because we believe in our products, we could make more money by using cheaper products but we do it the right way! We also buy all of our material in bulk to save money which means it saves our customers money as well as making custom parts ourselves.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are always in a uniform and greet the customers when they answer the phone or door with a smile. No pushy sales tactics. We always take before and after pictures assuring them the job was done right and completed correctly the first time. We constantly get follow up calls telling the office how impressed their technician was and took the time to explain into great detail. While other companies will just hand you a business card. Not us, we put everything in writting as if they are getting estimates we want to make sure they are comparing apples to apples.
