My dishwasher, less than 3 years old, began to leak. Nathaniel was able to come out the next day. Very nice guy, knew what he was doing. When the leak wasn't caused by one of the usual reasons, he kept looking. He found the problem (a loose nut under the dishwasher that held the internal heating element in place), fixed it, and ran a test of the dishwasher to make sure that fixed the problem and was the only issue. I definitely recommend Ross Repair and would use them again.
