- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts are always offered. Ask your router on the phone or ask the technician when he arrives at home for the discounts that we can offer. Discounts will vary depending on what appliance is being repaired and the type of failure the appliance has encountered.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All technicians are authorized by every major manufacturer and have no less than 15 years of infield appliance repair experience.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We originated as an HVAC/R company in the early days and have shifted to the repair of residential/commercial appliances. We are a family owned company and have been in business for over 22 years. Every single employee takes pride in their ability to properly diagnose and repair appliances. Our technicians constantly attend manufacturer classes/full semesters to maintain their authorized status and to stay up to date with the most recent appliances being made and their systems and how they work.
