FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This type of business is a mobile industry so pricing should never be listed on a website as it is not accurate because each and every location could determine a different price point for each customer. Also many Costumes in this industry vary from price to price. Usually in this industry, most companies offer incentives for when you book more than one character or item Also there are usually incentives for additional time blocks added
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process of working with a new client usually revolves with them initially calling, texting or emailing us. Since we don’t have exact date, time, ,employees availability , and pricing available initially without looking at the customer’s information carefully. The proper step is to normally respond back to them with the booking request template and the customer must email back the answers to us and then we follow up with a phone call to address and discuss everything that’s needed for them to understand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education goes back 20 years ago when I first started entertainment along with being a professional natural bodybuilder. I had a very good physique to fill out many superhero costumes. This gave me a strong edge on how realistic and impressive I was able to make the costume appear. Also always as a gymnast I was able to perfect great movements into the performance of the character.
