- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please schedule a call with me first to discuss prices and my recommendations! But if you can't wait: Session prices range from $85-$135 depending on the location of the client and if the client is planning to travel to my location or not. I also offer online remote coaching which is dependent on the clients needs but can range from $180-300 a month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step is a zoom call or fill out my new client intake forms! Set up a time to chat with me about your goals and what I can do for you. If after our call you feel that we are aligned and a good fit for one another we can set up an in person assessment or start one of my online programs. This includes a movement screen to assess your flexibility and mobility which is followed by a strength assessment to establish your current fitness level. From there I come up with a plan for you that would best accomplish your goals and address the issues found during the assessments. If you are an online/remote client, all of these assessments will be performed online via the True Coach app.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education in health and fitness began in college where I received a degree in Exercise Science and afterwards a personal training certification through NASM. But my REAL education was working with people! My experience as a CrossFit coach, personal trainer, teen athlete coach & online coach has really provided me with the tools necessary to help my client accomplish all of their fitness goals. I also keep up to date with the latest research and science behind fitness by taking new courses & certifications every year. Why? Because I care about providing my clients with the best service I can and the field of health./fitness is constantly evolving and we are learning new info about the human body all the time. In 2020 I graduated from a 13 week online program which furthered my education on assessing clients and properly programming exercises for their individual needs. I have also taken an in personal kettlebell weekend seminar and am currently enrolled in bell mechanics trainer course 2024.
