Touch base on phone call/text/ email/ introduce myself, see what there interested in, I get photos and details. If the job is simple and small enough to bid over the phone I will, but I always try to get to the job site the same week, get an idea of what they want, show my sampling (rolls out of truck) I will scope the property take photos measure, give a pretty close estimate. If the client is interested. I schedule and within a few day an accurate quote comes in(within reason of the first quote).
