After a French Drain installation, it was necessary to rebuild some walls that had been previously taken down. Viking came out to my house immediately to provide an estimate, The job entailed some demo, framing, dry wall, electrical, and painting. They indicated the job would take a week, and they delivered. The crew kept the basement clean throughout the entire job, we were 100% comfortable to leave the house with them when we went to the office, and they stayed in touch with us on the plan every day. We were very happy with the Viking team and truly appreciate their professionalism. Thanks Nicholas !

I needed to waterproof my basement cinder block walls with DryLok after repeated water issues. However some of the cinder blocks were covered with latex paint which had to be removed before using DryLok. Several contractors refused the job due to the paint stripping, but Viking Renovations did not and Nicholas came up with a novel way to remove the old paint without chemicals. I’m very pleased with the results and with the professionalism of Viking Renovations. I would not hesitate to use them for future projects

I absolutely recommend Nicholas and his team! They transformed a large bedroom into two children's rooms in my home, all while we were living there. Great communication, considerate crew, and beautiful finished product – even the trim and flooring! They finished on time and exceeded expectations.

These guys are the absolute BEST!! They came in for a ceiling tile replacement job and did so much more, even fixing my running toilet and fire emergency bar on my back door. Price was extremely fair and I even got a quote for upcoming paint job. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! 5+ Star service and quality of work.
