I’ve always had a good experience with professionals I find through Thumbtack and this team was no exception. I am quite happy with the service overall. Only thing I will point out is the estimate was changed on arrival. Unfortunately, when you set up a house cleaning project via TT, it only allows you choose number of bedrooms and bathrooms, not the number of floors… which seemed to the main reason for the estimate to be updated. Sharing this for those who don’t like to haggle costs later and would like to ask any many questions ahead of time, as possible, because this team otherwise is pretty good.

First cleaning with Tidy Today Pro and very satisfied with the house cleaning. They are thorough, everything was wiped, dusted, vacuumed, and mopped properly. The mold/mildew in between the shower grout was cleaned very well. Didn’t scratch up my appliances like the last company. House smelled fresh. They sent 2 nice ladies, cleaning took about 2 hours, all cleaning supplies included. Reasonably priced and good value. The only thing was the ladies came an hour early which is good for most people but I have 2 small babies and was inconvenient so I had to ask them to come back. Will use them for future cleanings. Thanks again
