Jeff is extremely professional and thorough. He took the time to answer all of our questions. He also serviced my son's system the same day and did a great job!! We were definitely impressed and will be using Santana Irrigation in the future!!

Jeff has been amazing to work with! Super friendly, quick to the point, and efficient. He helped us a ton when we were lost on what to do with a sprinkler system that we inherited with a new home. Without his help, we likely still would not have a working sprinkler system. He was clear with his communication and informed us if there were any delays in his arrival (which is completely understandable with traffic and additional jobs that may have taken longer than expected). My husband and I are both extremely pleased with the service we received and are excited to see our sprinklers up and running like they should be.

I feel they are very professional. Originally I mainly wanted them to fix a broken pipe, but I think they are right it will take a long time (money) and may still not able to fix it due to it is deep and close to a tree, so really not worth it. I ended up fixing more sprinkler heads than originally planned, those are not cheap but I know they charged me market rate, so no complains. Overall I’m happy with my experience. I read some of the reviews about not on time, I think that is nonsense, people needs to understand in such work, there is no way really to be on time as lot of things are unpredictable.

Regular sprinkler guy stopped responding and plants were very thirsty. Santana came same day and very quickly and got existing system up and running!
