As the owner of Moisture Control, I personally managed all my projects. My over 20 years of experience in the field has provided me insight so to address all water damage and mold related concerns. Additionally, I take a personal interest in the outcome of all my work. It is important to me that all my customers not only have their problems resolved but have a pleasant experience in the process. New Service Provided: Interior Painting For years Moisture Control has provided interior painting. Due, to all the request as a result of referrals from my customer telling others of their satisfaction with my paint services, I have hired more workers to accommodate the request. When we had a heavy rain earlier this year, we noticed some water coming in under the kitchen wall. I wasn’t sure what type of professional to call, so I poked around Thumbtack and I contacted Jesse at Moisture Control. He quickly assessed the problem, explained what was failing, and wrote up a clear and detailed estimate for us. He also took care in telling us that once they opened the wall up there would most likely be further work that would need to be done and it could not be estimated. We scheduled a start date, but the next time it rained we had a river running into the kitchen. Jesse arranged to get the front bed dug out ASAP and personally came out twice to lay down and adjust tarps to keep the water out. He accelerated our schedule, got the French drain installed, and when they opened up the wall, thankfully only the bottom edge of the sheetrock had been damaged. He accommodated us with a bio friendly anti-microbial and VOC free paint because we have a health-care worker in the house who is sensitive to chemicals. No matter how last moment or irrational our requests were he was always the professional. I would heartily recommend Moisture Control.
