- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is generally determined by the amount of time and resources we expect a project to require. To get the best value, we typically offer a free service for larger projects. It’s also often possible to save money by paying with a check. We offer a 3-year warranty on our services and we are fully insured.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always take the time to explain our process to each customer. We like to come over for an estimate in person, ask questions, and craft the best estimate for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a company of painting professionals, and we are proud to be part of the fastest growing painting franchise in the country! We have many years of experience under our belt, and we have access to industry experts to help us stay on top of the best and newest methods. Our painters have several years of experience, and our project managers receive continuous training to ensure top-quality service.
