Glenn was very knowledgeable about his product and explained the process very well. His employees were very professional, friendly and did a good job. I had finshed off a section of my basement for a craft room and chose a semi gloss final finish. I was a little disappointed with the roller lines still being slightly visible after drying. Glenn did say that sometimes happens and to contact him if we weren't happy and he would try to see if he could fix it. In the end we decided it wasn't that bad and in the interest in getting our room completed without anymore delay, we left it as is.

Glenn was awesome - he was the first to come by and provide a good quote for the project and get started within days. The overall quality is good for the value although they did have to come back to finish the edges of the floor and make sure other parts of the basement were left as found.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every epoxy project is unique. We assess every job in person. We offer many finishes. However, most epoxy flooring projects cost between $6.00-$10.00 per square foot.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We personally meet with the customer at the job site. We show what options are available and explain exactly what the process entails. We tell the customer how long the job will take and give them a price on the spot. We then follow up with a formal proposal by email within two days. If hired, we explain what we will do everyday. We work seamlessly, without skipping any days until we are finished.

We are certified Elite Crete epoxy installers.
