- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing of our products and services is very competitive! Furthermore, we offer discounts and run weekly special promotions in order to ensure that the customer is getting the best pricing possible. Lastly, we offer free in-home consultations as part of our efforts to provide value and educate consumers about our products and services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We normally meet the customer at their location in order to accurately evaluate the scope of the project. That is done free of charge. Then we offer a proposal with a couple of options so the customer can choose what is best for him/her based on their budget and specific needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an engineer and an artist with extensive experience in the home decor, home improvement business and I am a Certify Dealer by Hunter Douglas. In addition, I possess previous experience working for premier organizations in the home improvement industry like Sears Home Improvement, Renewal by Anderson, and more. Above all, I think out of the box, and I can bring fresh innovative ideas for home decor, and home improvement projects.
