- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Family Moving we price our customers jobs as if we were pricing our own family's jobs. We also offer a price match - price beat grantee in order to give our customers the best price possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer calls Family Moving and requests a quote, we roll out the Red Carpet Service. This means that not only do our customers receive top notch customer service and will almost never have to leave a voicemail because someone always answers. In the event we are unable to answer the phone we will return the call immediately.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Family Moving ensures that all our employees are absolutely knowledgeable in their field and have completed the hours of training required by Family Moving in order to be able to hold the position they are in. The training Family Moving requires of all our crews is not State or Federally regulated it is Family Moving regulated and we hold our employees to a higher standard than any government agency.
