- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
FOR REPAIR SERVICE: This is a MOBILE service provide, which means I COME TO YOU! I pick up your computer then diagnose. If you decide to go with my service, then 50% is due to begin work and the remaining amount will be due upon completion of service. There is a fee to pick up computer system depending on distance, which is deducted from services cost if accepted. FOR WEBSITE DESIGN: Initial consult is verbal or virtual wherein a intake form is filled out. Upon completion of form, pricing is given for design of website. If price is accepted, then time frame for completion is given and 50% of the total cost is required to begin. The remaining amount is due upon completion of time frame.

I am extremely patient in ascertaining the issue at hand. I provide excellent customer service and explain resolutions in a user-friendly manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am CompTIA A+ and Network + certified. I also have a Bachelor's Degree with concentration in Management of Information Technology and Data Analytics, with a minor in Entrepreneurship.
