- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are typically not the highest or lowest when it comes to pricing but we deliver high-end, professional results while delivering the highest level of customer service along the way. We have 5-star reviews across the board and will go above and beyond to ensure our clients are happy with their projects. We do provide discounts to first responders and military/veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is a discovery call to discuss the client's projects and what they are looking to accomplish. After the call, we will schedule an on-site walkthrough to take pictures and measurements of the project, go over our process, and discuss color options. We will then provide an in-depth proposal based on the scope of work that the client requested.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed by the state of New Jersey as a home improvement contractor. We have been around or working in construction and real estate for over 20 years.
