- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We utilize flat fee billing for most types of cases. With extended litigation, we can utilize blended fees which involve part flat fee and part hourly billing depending on the nature of the case.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up you up with an initial call where Alan Minato, Esq. will personally speak with you about your case. You have the opportunity to describe your case, concerns and ask questions. Attorney Alan Minato will personally assess your case and provide you with a legal analysis, plan and cost estimate. If both parties agree to proceed with the representation, you sign a legal representation agreement and the representation commences.
