We had Valairco add a second AC unit to our upstairs several years ago and were very happy with the staff and the service. We recently had issues with our older HVAC system(20 plus years old) and had it replaced by Valairco just last week. Friendly and courteous staff and competitive pricing. Highly recommend them.

Just got a new ac and heating installed. Kevin was super professional and easy to work with as far as recommending the right units and quote for the install. Nick and Tim did a great job installing the units. Would highly recommend.

Did not tell me service call charges upfront unlike all the other contractors on thumbtack. Did not told me about the charge before scheduling inspection. Post the inspection we’re trying to put it on me to check.
All the contractors who charges fee, put it as part of their profile itself. This company do not have that.
I was not happy with the way they communicated the charges.
