Andres Santiago did a great job remodeling our laundry room. His estimate was in line with the project, and he responded to the request promptly. He came early and dove right into the job. He did a lot of extra things outside of the scope of the project and didn’t ask for more than the estimate but we paid him extra anyway. Hard to find a good guy, but he was the best!

Santiago did a great job. He removed, painted and replaced shutters, painted a railing and painted our front door. He was also flexible, doing part of the job up front, and then being available to complete another part on a day that was most convenient for us. We are very pleased with the results.
