Overall work was good. Everything else, was INCREDIBLY frustrating. I confirmed appt time (9 am) 3 times in advance. 40 mins after he was supposed to be there - no show. Why? Because he thought he had all day to do the job, and assumed someone would be home all day (Really?); Then brings the wrong door to install. Payment: Doesn't say they don't take checks until I'm ready to pay with a check. At 3:30 pm, they send a link to pay by card, which I don't have on me. I plan to pay the next morning. By 9am the next day, they're asking again for payment or they'll take me to court?? Seriously? Too much more to get into... This is my 2nd time using these guys. The first time there were issues too. I've learned my lesson.
